Shortly after getting situated in our seats, Marc and Luke headed off to the gift shop. Marc and Grey got new hats, but Luke didn't want one.
With his new hat and the baseball glove that Santa brought, Grey was ready to catch any foul ball that came his way.
The boys really enjoyed being right there down at field level. These seats also paid off when the boys were given a baseball from one of the visiting team members.

Then, there were a couple of older boys sitting off to our right, who had also been given a ball. One of them was kind enough to give our boys their ball so that both Luke and Grey would have one.

However, we almost lost one of the balls when it got away from Grey and fell down in to the dugout, but one of the players was kind enough to toss it back up on top. Sadly it rolled to a stop in the middle of the roof. A gentleman sitting behind us lent us his cane so we could easily retrieve it.
This is the visiting team's manager. We didn't know who he was, but he was obviously a big deal, because he signed a lot of autographs.

Despite a few minor meltdowns, the boys did pretty well, and it was an enjoyable night for all.
What a Great evening to spend time with the family and enjoy the American Pastime.
